If you order before 14:00 on weekdays, we will ship the order the same day. We always have an estimate delivery time of 1-2 days, but in most cases the delivery time is only 1 day. In weeks 29 – 30, there may be 1-2 days extra estimate delivery time.
Free Shipping in Denmark with GLS to a Parcel Shop
All orders over DKK 99 sent by GLS to a parcel shop in Denmark are free of charge.
Shipping to Denmark – Direct to Your Door
Shipments with GLS Direct to your door costs 19 DKK. If you are not at home to receive the package you will be able to pick it up at the nearest parcel shop. Shipments to parcel shops/pick-up points are delivered freely.
The delivery terms do not apply to Greenland, the Faroe Islands and countries outside of Denmark.
KEEP AN EYE OUT! If you have not received your package within 10 days after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been sent back to us, there will be additional costs for shipping of DKK 39. If the package comes back to us because it has not been picked up at the parcel shop for one reason or another (e.g. if you regret your purchase), we will refund your purchase minus the DKK 39 for the return shipping from the parcel shop to us.

We have thoroughly tested our products and know what they can do. That’s why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products.
Our site is designed so that you can order our products easily and conveniently. In addition, each product has instructions for application, etc.
You have unlimited returns on unopened goods, and it is always free to send goods back – send an email to email@example.com if you want to return your products. We do not refund opened goods if the period in which we offer the 100% satisfaction guarantee has passed.
Goods returned UFRANCO or at delivery are denied receipt. Before returning, please contact Australian Bodycare at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return label. You must send the goods securely packaged together with a copy of the invoice. Please clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to have the product(s) refunded.

We collect payment via Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. Australian Bodycare uses a payment gateway from Quickpay.dk
Communication with this payment solution has been tested by Nets. All card data is sent encrypted.
We can collect payment via MobilePay.
All prices quoted are inclusive of 25% VAT. Information on shipping and handling fees will appear in your shopping cart.
You do not pay VAT on delivery to countries outside the EU. When you choose a non-EU country as the place of delivery, the VAT will automatically be deducted from your invoice.
The shipping cost is automatically added to your bill at the checkout. You must select a delivery method and the country you want the goods delivered to.
Shipping to Europe: max 1kg 88,00kr, max 2kg 135,00kr, 2-5kg 195,00 kr.
Shipping to countries outside of Europe: max 1kg 135,00kr, max 2kg 195,00kr and 295,00kr at max 5 kg.
